Ariadni Palace Apartments - Hersonissos (Crete)

Located in the charming village Koutouloufari.

The room was cramped and not as advertised. WiFi was mostly unavailable, shared with the restaurant. I found the cleaning service to be lacking, as my room was only attended to once during my five-night stay, and basic supplies like toilet paper were insufficient.

Fantastic experience there. Amazing hotel in a calm area right by many restaurants and tavernas, and bars. Affable staff in the whole property. Good and stunning location, easy walk to everywhere. Reasonably priced food in the outdoor restaurant in the vicinity.

All good, fulfills its purpose. The warmth of the family staff adds a good personal touch to your stay. You can easily request anything to enhance your experience.

Loved staying here! The room had air conditioning and a balcony. We enjoyed the kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, and dining area. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxation, with sun loungers available. The quiet street view made for a peaceful atmosphere.

Charming Koutouloufari vibes 🌅

The restaurant's brekkie was so lekker, and we devoured those wood-oven pizzas every night! The staff went out their way to, always with a smile. Loved the comfy, clean room too, proper space for everything. Just a short walk to the beach vibes, cozy place overall!

Excellent location in village

The place was clean! The location was fantastic, super close to loads of tavernas. The family that runs it makes you feel welcomed and the food? Absolutely amazing, my wife had the moussaka three times 😋

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of vibrant nightlife and local shops, with easy access to everything. The room was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchenette and comfortable beds. Enjoying dinner at the onsite restaurant was a highlight, particularly the delicious European bread served fresh daily. Cleaning occurred only on alternate days, a bit disappointing, and the lack of basic toiletries was noticeable. There were also minor WiFi connectivity issues .

The apartments were clean and spacious, with room 210 with a side balcony that enjoyed sunlight throughout the day. The peaceful location allowed for restful nights. The small pool area offered a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long day.

The staff here is fantastic and the location is beautiful and peaceful, plus the breakfast has a great variety of hot and cold dishes and the pool area is always spotless.
